So I went to the Bottleneck last night Nov, 3rd not really knowing what to expect out of this concert. I went with one of my homies who also has never heard too much of his music. We go in and first things first there is this whole Mazda scene where they were raffling off a chance to win a free car and then we took these photoboth type pictures there ( all free).
Then when he came on he looked tired and kind of out of it but he killed it. He is bringing the old school mo town soul back to life and it was amazing. All the beats were fun and energetic with everyone dancing. His vocals and lyrics are very intimate and usually about girls. All in all through the dancing and really mellow laid back vibe we had a great time.
NOt to mention: at the end we got to make our own shirts on this computer site and they get sent to our house for free.
